Welcome to JMR Finserv Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By using our website, products, and services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before applying for any loan. These Terms are subject to change without prior notice, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of any modifications.

1. Scope of Services

JMR Finserv Pvt. Ltd. provides financial solutions including but not limited to:

  • Project Finance
  • Home Loans
  • Loan Against Property
  • Mortgage Loans
  • Vehicle/Car/Commercial Vehicle (CV) Loans
  • Unsecured/Personal Loans

All services are subject to applicable laws, Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regulations, and the internal policies of the Company and/or its lending partners.

2. Eligibility

To apply for a loan, applicants must:

  • Be an Indian resident above 18 years of age.
  • Fulfil minimum income, employment, or business stability criteria.
  • Possess valid KYC documents (PAN, Aadhaar, etc.) and financial records.
  • Have acceptable credit history and repayment capacity.

The Company reserves the right to determine eligibility based on internal policies and risk assessment.

3. Loan Application Process

  • Applications must be submitted with accurate and complete information.
  • Required documents may include identity proof, address proof, income proof, property documents (if applicable), and bank statements.
  • Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.
  • The Company may share applicant information with its lending partners for credit appraisal and processing.

4. Loan Sanction & Disbursement

  • Loan sanction is subject to credit verification, document validation, and property/legal checks (where applicable).
  • Final loan amount, interest rate, tenure, and EMI will be communicated in a formal sanction letter.
  • Disbursement will occur only after successful completion of all checks, agreements, and signing of loan documents.

5. Interest Rates, Fees & Charges

  • Interest rates may be fixed or floating and will vary depending on loan type, applicant profile, and market conditions.
  • Processing fees, administrative charges, and applicable taxes will be disclosed before loan sanction.
  • Additional charges (such as prepayment penalty, late payment fee, cheque bounce charges, etc.) may apply as per loan agreement.

6. Repayment Terms

  • Borrowers must repay the loan in EMIs as per the repayment schedule agreed upon.
  • Delay or default in EMI payments will attract penal interest and may impact the borrower’s credit score.
  • Prepayment or foreclosure is allowed subject to conditions mentioned in the loan agreement.

7. Use of Property (for Secured Loans)

  • For Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, and Loans Against Property, borrowers must ensure that the property is legally owned and free from disputes.
  • The property offered as collateral will remain under charge of the lender until full repayment of the loan.
  • Any misrepresentation in property details may lead to loan rejection or cancellation.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

  • By applying for a loan, the applicant authorizes JMR Finserv Pvt. Ltd. to collect, use, and share personal and financial data with its partners for processing the loan.
  • All information will be kept confidential in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
  • The Company is not liable for misuse of information caused by external security breaches beyond its control.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • The Company acts as a financial facilitator and, in some cases, may partner with banks/NBFCs for loan disbursement.
  • The Company is not responsible for losses or damages arising due to borrower’s default, incorrect information, or external events beyond our control.
  • Applicants are advised to carefully review all terms in the loan agreement before signing.

10. Amendments & Termination

  • JMR Finserv Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
  • The Company may terminate or suspend services to any applicant in case of non-compliance, fraud, or misrepresentation.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [City/State where your registered office is].
